The Michelle’s Law Foundation is a statewide non-partisan organization dedicated to advocating and assisting college students in obtaining and maintaining health care coverage, and providing scholarships to college students in the State of New Hampshire who have faced a medical adversity in the course of their education.  It shall be self-supporting through donations, grants and fund-raising activities.  All funds derived from its operations shall be used for advocacy and scholarship purposes.
